About our founder Lilly zabat

I have a diverse and self-reliant background that spans from Wall Street to Hollywood. I started my career as a market surveillance analyst and consultant in the financial sector, but after surviving my battle with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, I decided to pursue my true interests in beauty, fashion and travel. I moved to Los Angeles and joined a leading beauty company with over 40 global brands. Working in the beauty industry expanded my passion for aesthetics, lifestyle and entertainment. Constantly traveling to different countries and shifted into branding and marketing. In 2013 I discovered my entrepreneurial spirit and started my own company, the LillyPad Group. I partnered with start-up brands in various niches and helped them get exposure on popular shows like Dancing with the Stars, The Doctors, EXTRA! and Entertainment Tonight. I also organized red carpet events for Hollywood’s award season, produced global brand launches and charity campaigns, such as the Los Angeles launch of the #GivingTuesday movement, a global initiative to promote generosity and social good.

I have always been involved in the short-term rental industry as an investor, designer and a homeowner. I combined my passion for travel and design to create 5-star experiences for my guests in my own properties. Or helped my clients convert a vacant long-term property into a fully furnished stay. The LillyPad Group got rebranded as a boutique design company to stage and design homes into hotel alternative stays for vacationers or for location scouts. In 2019, I became co-owner of iTrip Los Angeles, a premiere property management company for short-term rentals.
